Remove heritage IBM Navigator for i from ADMIN2
The HTTP Group PTFs released in March 2023 will automatically do the removal of heritage Navigator for i.
The HTTP Group PTFs released in June 2023 will return ADMIN2 to be started by default. With the heritage Navigator removed, the ADMIN2 server can be started and the LDAP interface is accessible by default.

Heritage Navigator Enable and Disable Instructions
The heritage Navigator is no longer configured by default with the latest HTTP group PTFs. The ADMIN2 server will be started by default (again) with the June 2023 PTFs.
